I've never been able to have a rep that I could call at any time day or night or even on the weekends if there's a situation that urgently needs to be handled in the company in regards to freight or changing shipments and containers.

On average they get our goods checked in within 1-3 days of the container clearing customers and being released in the port. With the other companies I wasn't ever able to have this kind of reliability especially on getting my containers shipped into Amazon in a timely manner due to needing to make Amazon appointments.
